Hints to Stay Healthy

1. Breath in thru the nose and exhale thru the nose or mouth

2.  Drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day.

3.  Calories are measurements of heat.  Eat less calories and you will stay cooler.

4.  Your waist size should not be more than half your height in inches.  Example 6 ft = 72 in., waist size should be 36 inches or less.

5.  Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep everyday
